If you’re new to steroids you probably don’t have a clue where to start.
What you do know is that you want to see results and be safe at the same time.
So, what can you do?
If you’ve already made up your mind that you’re going to use steroids there’s no point in explaining the realities of anabolic steroid use.
Let’s work on the basis that you’re going to run a steroid cycle.
Below I have listed 3 beginner steroid cycles that are guaranteed to pack on muscle mass and are relatively safe as long as you follow the correct dosage amounts. However, always seek the advise of a doctor or registered medical expert before you take any anabolic steroid.
Of course, you already understand that before taking steroids you need to have reached your natural limits. Otherwise your gains are going to mediocre and short lived at best.
I don’t in any way advocate steroid abuse. The steroid cycles I’m about to discuss with you are dosed at levels that make it relatively safe for a beginner. Now, many will think these cycles are very mild or under-dosed. I don’t care what these people think, what I’m concerned about is your health.
These cycles are mild, but you’ll be able to recover much faster and experience impressive gains in muscle mass and strength.
Cycle # 1: Testosterone Only Cycle
The safest dosage level for a beginner test cycle is 500mg per week. This is a maximum dose. Do not exceed it. To be honest, if you’re starting out, 250mg per week is more than enough.
What you will need are two 10 ml bottles or vials of either testosterone cypionate or enanthate. As a beginner the last thing you want to be doing is injecting multiple times during the week. With test e or test cyp you only need to inject once a week.
Furthermore, testosterone is hard to fake. This gives you the peace of mind that you’re getting the real deal rather than something dodgy which is more common with the more exotic steroid drugs on sale.
As a beginner run a test only cycle for 10 weeks. Inject two CC’s once per week for the duration of the ten week cycle. The best and less painful place to inject is your butt cheeks. Alternate the injection site each week. For e.g. left butt cheek in week one, right butt cheek in week 2 and so on.
You want to inject into the muscle not the vein. When you pull back the plunger, and see blood, simply find another site to inject.
Results should begin to kick-in around the three week period. At this point you should expect a boost in your libido and sex drive, increased strength and an improved sense of well-being.
In terms of side effects, you may experience acne or a little water retention.
At the end of this test cycle you should, as long as your eating right and training hard, pack on 15 to 20 pounds of extra mass.
Cycle # 2 Dianabol and Testosterone Cycle
The next two beginner cycles involve dianabol because this steroid is a powerful bulking compound. Many bodybuilders use dianabol to pack on a lot of size within a short period of time and there are several compounds that stack perfectly with Dbol, although most are too advanced for beginners.
For beginners, stacking should only be attempted after you’ve run at least two to three steroid only cycles. You need to do this in the beginning to gauge how your body reacts to anabolic compounds.
This stack cycle is basically the Test cycle explained above with the addition of Dianabol (DBOL). The only difference is that you lower the test dosage to 250mg per week. You really don’t need to go the full 500mg with the addition of Dbol.
Stacking dianabol with testosterone is going to pack on rapid size, especially within the first couple of weeks of the cycle.
Remember, Dbol is an oral steroid so its going to be hard on the liver. You will probably experience some water retention.
To combat these potential side effects take Nolvadex, about 10mg per day while running this cycle, especially if your prone to gyno – man boobs.
Run this cycle for 8 weeks. The first six weeks run Dianabol and then complete the cycle with 2 weeks of testosterone.
Cycle # 3 Dianabol and Deca
A Dbol Deca cycle has been around for ages and is one of the most popular and effective bulking cycles out there. If you can’t gain any size with this cycle, then maybe steroids are not for you.
With this cycle, Deca replaces testosterone and runs for a total of 8 weeks.
You will be using a total of 1000mg of dianabol for the whole 8 week cycle. This works out at 25mg of dbol per day. Dianabol 5mg tabs are the most common, so you’ll split 5 tabs throughout the day. You will also need a 1/10cc bottle/vial of Deca Durabolin.
Many will argue that you need to use Deca for at least 12 to 15 weeks to see any decent gains. This maybe the case for experienced steroid users, but for beginners, 8 weeks is more than enough time to get some serious gains.
PCT for Recovery
As always run a post cycle therapy as these steroids will shut you down. For these three cycles you’ll need twenty 50mg tablets of Clomid. Take one tablet each day for twenty days. You take the Clomid 2 weeks after your final injection as you need to ensure the steroids are out of your system. In this way you optimize your rate of recovery.
